Viewing Team Events

On the Audit Report page in the team Analytics module, in the Team Admin Console, you can view system and team member-generated events. For example, a system-generated event a message about team storage remaining levels to all team members. An example of a user-generated event could be sending an invitation to a new team member. Using the controls on Audit Report page, you can select event categories, events, and time periods to drill-down and filter events as needed.

The following illustration shows an example of the Audit Report Page page in the team Analytics module:

To sort the list of column values, click the Arrow Up  icon or Arrow Down icon to the right of a column name. The following list describes the columns displayed in the admin console table.

Column Description
Date/Time Displays date and time of team event.
Category Displays team event category. When a filter is not applied, all team event categories are listed.
Name Displays the specific team event name.
Description Description of team event. Click row to access audit details generated for the team event.
User Displays team member name that initiated the event.

The list of entries in an admin console table can be very large depending on the size of your company, for example, a list of users or teams. To find one or more specific audit events, in the Search field, enter at least three characters and then press enter.

Note: The number of search terms in a search query is unlimited, however, no more than the first 20 characters of each search term is used to return search results.

To view all entries, clear the search field, and then press the Enter key.

In the View Options section, you can narrow the list of events by date range, category, and name. For example, in the following illustration, the list of events is searched using the words role changed and filtered to show all events beginning October 1, 2015.

To set a date range, click the Calendar  icon to display the Date Picker. Click the left and right arrow icon to change the month, and then click the day that you want as shown in the following illustration for October 1, 2015.

In the Event Category field, you can show All events, or select a specific category from the drop-down list as shown in the following illustration.

Based on the Event Category field selected, you can choose All or a specific event by name in the Event Name filter. In the following illustration, the Event Category is set to Member management that returns 7 events related to managing members as shown in the following illustration.
