On the eDiscovery page in the Compliance module in the Kore.ai Team Admin Console, you can define and manage eDiscovery searches. You can define an eDiscovery search that provides a relevant list of team members and room messages for review, usually by civil or government investigations. After you define the eDiscovery search, you can enable other users to review the results of that search, for example, an attorney with read-only access for litigation review.
You can view existing eDiscovery search details, view the results of an existing eDiscovery search, create a new eDiscovery search, or if needed, delete an eDiscovery search on the eDiscovery page.
The following illustration is an example of the eDiscovery page in the Team Admin Console Compliance module.

Click the Add New button to display the Define a new eDiscovery Search dialog that you can use create a new eDiscovery search. For more information, see Define an eDiscovery Search.
