On the Managed Users tab on the Users page in the Kore.ai Users & Teams module of the Enterprise Admin Console, you can add and review the managed users in your domain, remove a managed user from your domain, and if desired, change the Status of a managed user to an inactive Status. Before you can control an unmanaged user, you must first add the unmanaged user as a managed user. For more information, see Working with Unmanaged Users.
From the Managed Users tab, you can select individual users and then review, and if desired, modify user profile information, view group membership, team participation, and so forth, just by clicking the user name. For more information, see Working with a Managed User.

Managed Users Page Columns
The following list describes the columns displayed for each Kore.ai Messenger user.

Name | Displays the Kore.ai Messenger user name, presence indicator, and selection box. |
Department | If defined in the Kore.ai Messenger user profile, the company department of the Kore.ai Messenger user. |

Status | Displays the Kore.ai Messenger user status. One of:

This section describes the commands available on the Action bar.
Using Group By
The list of entries for user accounts in your company can be very large. You can group user accounts by Title, for example, Technical Lead, Vice President, or Developer, or by Department.
To group users, in the Grouped by drop-down list, select an option for grouping, for example, Department, as shown in the following illustration.
After you group user accounts, you can click the Name, for example, Product Management to view all user accounts in that group.
To remove the grouping, in the Grouped by drop-down list, select None.
Using the Search Field
The list of entries in an admin console table can be very large depending on the size of your company, for example, a list of users or teams. To find one or more specific users, groups, or teams, in the Search field, enter at least three characters and then press enter.
Note: The number of search terms in a search query is unlimited, however, no more than the first 20 characters of each search term is used to return search results.
To view all entries, clear the search field, and then press the Enter key.
Using the Filter
The list of entries in an admin console table can be very large depending on the size of your company, for example, a list of users or teams. To view users within a Status group, you can filter on the Status in the list of users. In the Filtered by drop-down list, select an option for filtering as shown in in the following illustration.
To remove the filtering, in the Filtered by drop-down list, select None.
