Modify a Managed User Profile

You can modify the Messenger user profile information of a specific user in your domain, for example, to update an address or title.

To modify a user profile

  1. On the Managed Users tab on the Users page in the Users & Teams module, in the Enterprise Admin Console, click a user name in the Name column. The < User > page is displayed.
  2. On the Profile tab, add or modify the user profile information, such as Company and Department, and then click Apply.

The user details updated message is displayed at the top of the < User > page.
