View Message Trace Search Results

This topic describes how to view user and space account messages for a message trace.

1. In the Compliance module, on the Message Trace page, in the Current Message Trace Searches table, click View Results in the row for the search results to display. The Viewing results for Message Trace Search - < Message Trace Search Name > page is displayed.
2. To view results for user accounts:
   1. Click the Expand  icon for the user that you want to view messages for, and then click the Expand  icon for the message or group of messages that you want to view.

   

   2. For each message, click the Info  icon to display the Message Info dialog to view general and control information for that message. For more information, see Viewing Users in Search Results.
