Branding Module Overview

In the Branding module in the Enterprise Admin Console, you can customize the user home page and any user emails to display your organizational logo. You can also customize the content in the initial Messenger enrollment email, as well as the Terms Standard Usage Policy, to include, if desired, a company Supplemental Terms of Use policy.

In This Module

The Branding module is comprised of the following pages:

  • Logo Page

    On the Logo page in the Branding module in the Enterprise Admin Console, you can define the logo displayed to your Messenger users on the mobile or desktop application home page, and in emails sent to users generated by, such as user enrollment invitation emails, validation emails, and so forth.

  • Usage Policy Page

    On the Usage Policy page in the Branding module of the Enterprise Admin Console, you can view the Kore Standard Usage Policy and Terms of Service agreement that all Messenger users must accept before they can use the application. You can customize the Standard Usage Policy for your company by adding a company-specific Supplemental Usage Policy and Terms of Agreement.

  • Email Templates Page

    On the Email Templates page in the Branding module in the Enterprise Admin Console, you can create and modify the Messenger invitation template sent to the email address or mobile telephone that you defined to invite a customer or employee to become a Messenger user. The invitation can contain a customized message and a link or button that the user can use to begin the enrollment process. You can also enable and configure reminder emails for users invited to join your domain on, but haven't completed user enrollment. In addition, if enrolled users become inactive, you can enable and configure email notifications about the inactivity with an update on account and coworker activity.
